Megan Racing OE-RS series cat backs are based on factory style, with bigger piping, OEM style polished mufflers and quiet sound. The cat back system is made stainless steel. All piping are mandrel bent with a high polished finish. Exhaust system comes with all the necessary hardware needed for a direct bolt on installation. Improves HP with minimal noise.

Good Sound Boost, But Not Loud Enough

I daily-drive my Lexus IS 350, with its powerful naturally-aspriated Toyota 2GR-FSE 3.5L (3456cc) motor. With this mid-pipe and an Invidia axle-back, I put down 281 RWHP (see dyno chart, attached). This is a gain of +7 RWHP over the stock exhaust system.

I wish the exhaust was louder. The 2GR-FSE is one of the best-sounding V6 motors ever installed in a road-going car, so I wish I could hear the exhaust even more with the windows open at mid- to high-rpm.

It definitely boosts sound over stock/axle-back, but if you want the full sound, I would recommend RR Racing's PPE-tuned headers, as well.
